All orders are processed upon receipt. Normal processing can take 24-48 hours, and upon verification & approval, your merchandise is shipped out immediately. If you live within the five boroughs of New York City (Manhattan, Queens, Bronx, Brooklyn or Staten Island) we offer delivery service by our own truck, where they can bring the merchandise into your home and assemble it at an extra charge. To utilize this service simply write in the comments section of the order form that you want to utilize the delivery service and specify if you have an elevator building or how many flights of stairs you have. All merchandise is shipped out in a box with instructions on how to assemble the goods. Shipping is free within the 5 boroughs of New York City (Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan, Bronx and Staten Island). All other areas must email us for a freight quote.

We offers convenient shipping methods for delivery within the continental United States only. Please keep the following in mind when choosing a delivery method: shipping times represent the time it normally takes your package to arrive from the day we actually send it out, not from the day you submit your order. Additionally, processing & shipping times do not include non-business days (i.e., Saturdays, Sundays, & holidays). For example, an order for FedEx 2nd day delivery placed on Thursday could take until Tuesday to arrive at its destination, assuming processing is completed within 24 hours and the package ships out on Friday (Friday + 2 business days = Tuesday). It could take longer if the order cannot be processed in time to be shipped out on Friday. The same is true for the other delivery options. The tracking number is e-mailed to you and after the package leaves our warehouse
