CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
please allow the lead-time for delivery depending on the product type, color, model, manufacturer, and other factors. Please Note: THE SHIPPING TIMES WE QUOTE ARE ONLY ESTIMATES, NOT GUARANTEES. When it comes to delivery times we depend on the factory and freight carriers to provide us with an estimated ship date. Some specialty furniture carriers use a third party for some delivery locations, and are unable to provide the up to the minute tracking information that is common for small packages. Shipping delays due to increased security by governments and customs delays may also occur, which is beyond our control. Will our item look exactly like the picture? Color, texture, and graining variations can occur in natural products like leather, wood and stone. These are not normally considered imperfections. For leather products all colors other than Black & White are bound to have variations in every production line. Color representations on computer terminals and screens can be different based on settings and various display technologies. You agree that you cannot dispute the finish, or color or texture or any other physical attribute after accepting delivery of a product.
All orders canceled after 48 hours will be charged a 30% re-stocking fee, unless previously agreed otherwise. Special orders can be canceled after 48-hours, but your deposit will be kept for the production (restocking) of the item. When a refund has been agreed upon, the wait is 7 days for it to be processing. It may be made by check or refunded back to the credit card. Delays in production and shipping may occur. We will work hard to get your purchase to you, but please keep in mind that we work with high-ticket and large items, which come from all over the world. In most cases, delays occur during busy seasons, holidays, due to production delays, or other factors not in our control. We will make all efforts to quote accurate lead times and will notify all our customers promptly. Please note that we are not responsible for product delays from the manufacturer.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE
Before you complete your order, you must read the return policy and agree to all terms Receipt of an order number or an order confirmation email does not constitute an acceptance of an order or a confirmation of an offer to sell. Living Concept NY Furniture reserves the right, without prior notification, to refuse service to any customer and/or to limit the order quantity on any item. DAMAGES
If items are damaged, OR SUSPECTED TO BE DAMAGED, it must be documented with Delivery agent at the time of delivery. In order to support any potential claim for damages, you must also notify us within 3 business days by phone or email. Once you sign for the delivery, without any notes or complaints, we are not responsible for any damage, color or finish difference.
